Return Policy

At gems.com, we do our best to provide expert advice, a wonderful assortment of items, and quality that you can be proud of, but sometimes, things just don’t work out. Gems.com is proud to offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on all products we offer when returned in their original state. Products sized or altered by third-party jewelers or worn/damaged items cannot be accepted for returns.
  1. Call or email us. Sometimes an answered question can make all the difference in how you feel about your item. You won’t have to worry about us giving you a hard time or trying to talk you out of returning it, but we would like to help if we can or provide a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to expedite the handling of your return.
  2. If you are unable to print the RMA form, call customer service for more information.
  3. If you are able to print the RMA form, please include it, with all original paperwork, boxes, free gifts or other items received with this purchase, and ship it back to us. Items postmarked after the 30 day grace period will not be accepted.
